Growthfully: Make space for yourself in your life: Therapeutic coaching & women's circles
Supporting passionate talented women to make space in their lives for themselves

Journal

Welcome!

This collection of posts reflects my deep appreciation for the natural world, as well as my thinking about garden design and plants. Some were written in the earlier days of Growthfully, when I focused on bringing together garden planning with women’s wellbeing, before I turned my professional attention to therapeutic coaching and women’s circles. They lead into my more recent writings about women’s empowerment. I hope you find them inspiring.

Happy reading!

Seeds, seeds and more seeds...
Seeds, seeds and more seeds...

I’m growing ‘Matacuna’ - a wonderful combination of deep purples and reds in each sweet-pea flower.   They are the first of my seeds to really get going and are at the stage of just forming their true leaves.
